Ship a secure, multi-tenant SaaS with real AI at its core — without shipping something fragile. The pipeline needed guardrails, the data needed isolation, and the app needed to feel fast on a real network.
Role
Technical Lead. Led a team of six. Cut API response latency by ~20% via custom state-hook persistence in React, designed the multi-tenant model on Supabase Auth + PostgreSQL RLS, and set up CI/CD gates for the AI pipeline. Recognised among top startups at CraftHQ with direct commendation from a Zerodha lead investor.
